The Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent was designed to serve as an information hub and welcome point for guests attending the Dubai 7s event on December 2–3, 2023. Part of the Visit Saudi program, the initiative aimed to promote tourism in Saudi Arabia by engaging and attracting visitors through a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Falcon Golf Management Limited entrusted Evolution with delivering the internal fit-out, ensuring a space that was both attention-grabbing and functional.

Evolution created a visually striking hospitality area that embodied Visit Saudi’s vibrant branding while maintaining a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The design included spaces for interactive guest engagement and information desks where hostesses provided details about the program, distributed informative materials, and addressed inquiries.

Vibrant Branding and Sophisticated Hospitality Design

• Delivered a high-quality internal fit-out for the Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent, balancing vibrant branding with natural and earthy tones for a polished look.
• Designed and installed two information desks for hostesses to engage with visitors, distribute materials, and answer questions.
• Incorporated colorful decorative elements to complement Visit Saudi’s brand identity, while natural wood and muted beiges provided a sophisticated balance.
• Created a functional and engaging space to attract and convert visitors into potential tourism clients.

The Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent successfully captured the attention of event attendees while promoting the Visit Saudi program in a polished and engaging setting.
