Evolution was entrusted with delivering a seamless event experience, encompassing the design and development of the conference area, exhibition spaces, and sponsor stands.

Deliverables for a World-Class Climate Tech Event

• Designed and built the conference area to host the opening ceremony, fireside chats, and panel discussions, featuring recorded speeches from Bill Gates and astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi.
• Managed all audio and visual elements for the event through our Technical and Communications teams, ensuring a flawless presentation.
• Created a well-organized exhibition environment with a thoughtfully designed floor plan to facilitate smooth guest movement throughout the hall.
• Constructed all exhibition stands and sponsor spaces with precision using our in-house scenic capabilities, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Provided tailored furnishings from our furniture experts to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of the event spaces.
• Delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution, integrating event planning and technology to meet the client’s vision and create an engaging, impactful experience.
