HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, hosted the Reaching the Last Mile Forum in November 2019.

This high-profile one-day event brought together over 250 global leaders to address key challenges in infectious disease eradication.

Evolution was entrusted with the design and production of the forum, with a focus on creating an impactful and visually striking environment that complemented the iconic venue, the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Deliverables for a Global Impact Forum

• Transformed the Louvre Abu Dhabi into a fully branded forum venue, seamlessly integrating the event design with the museum’s architectural brilliance.
• Designed and produced a main stage that reflected the forum's significance, ensuring a powerful and immersive experience for high-level speakers and guests.
• Developed an outdoor exhibition space that met museum-quality standards, showcasing various foundations and their contributions.
• Managed a comprehensive range of services, including guest registration, AVL equipment provision, and video coverage.
• Executed the prestigious REACH awards ceremony, featuring dynamic lighting, sound, and video elements.
