Monster Jam brought its thrilling monster truck stunts to the Liwa Desert for a two-day event on December 27–28, 2023.

Evolution partnered with Proactive to design and deliver a large-scale event space capable of hosting this adrenaline-fueled spectacle.

The project required grandstand seating for 4,000 guests, a custom-built VIP hospitality structure, and essential infrastructure to power and support the show.

Dynamic Event Infrastructure and Custom Hospitality Solutions

• Designed the overall event layout, including audience seating, VIP areas, and truck performance zones.
• Built a custom VIP hospitality structure using scaffolding with a fully functional elevator, offering premium comfort and views.
• Supplied and operated machinery for constructing the truck obstacle course.
• Provided grandstand seating for 4,000 guests and fencing for crowd control and safety.
• Delivered comprehensive power solutions, including main and secondary power for the event, and full venue lighting.
• Supplied cabins, tents, buggies, and containers to support event operations and guest hospitality.
