In February 2024, the third annual Investopia united global leaders, investors, and innovators at the St. Regis on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The two-day event, attended by over 1,600 participants, explored emerging investment trends and opportunities on a global scale.

Hosted by the Ministry of Economy, the event required a comprehensive design and production strategy to create an engaging and dynamic environment.

For the second consecutive year, Evolution collaborated with the Ministry of Economy to deliver the full scope of concept design, production, and on-site management. From staging and breakout areas to bespoke B2B meeting spaces, Evolution’s innovative design transformed the venue into a hub for investment dialogue and collaboration.

Innovative Event Design and Bespoke Scenic Solutions

• Designed and produced three stages:
  • A main stage featuring a 25-meter screen, curved scenic elements, and six LED screen totems.
  • A breakout stage for panel discussions and smaller sessions.
  • A dedicated stage for press conferences and MOU signings.
• Manufactured and installed a custom-designed B2B meeting area, including 50 individual booths and nine enclosed meeting rooms, produced by Evolution’s in-house scenic department.
• Developed a pre-function area with two fully enclosed TV studios for interviews and live broadcasts.
• Produced a high-impact opening film to introduce Investopia, setting the tone for the event.
• Delivered seamless on-site management to ensure smooth operations across all event areas.

The third edition of Investopia showcased Evolution’s ability to design and deliver large-scale, multifunctional event environments.

By combining innovative scenic design, precise execution, and tailored solutions, Evolution created a platform that facilitated meaningful connections and conversations among attendees.
