ENACT MAJLIS

The "ENACT Majlis" was an invitation-only, high-level conference bringing together more than 110 VIP leaders, policymakers, and decision-makers for closed-door discussions on climate, technology, and energy.

Designed as a majlis-style experience, the event prioritised comfort, dialogue, and strategic exchange, creating an intimate yet highly professional setting for the region’s most influential voices.

Turnkey Design, Technical Production & Scenic Delivery:

• End-to-End Event Execution – Delivered full turnkey design and operational management, shaping both the aesthetic and functional direction of the majlis.
• AVL & Technical Production – Supplied comprehensive audiovisual production, including over 160 sqm of LED walls to enhance visual storytelling, a large ground-support rigging system to carry technical loads, and more than 40 handheld microphones to support simultaneous multi-room discussions.
• Scenic Environment – Executed a complete scenic package, including room transformations, custom carpeting across multiple spaces, and a bespoke VIP group photo platform designed specifically for high-level delegates.
• Custom Screen Content – Produced tailored screen content aligned with the ENACT narrative under ADNOC, reinforcing key themes throughout the discussions.

VIP Hospitality & Pre-Event Experience:
Evolution Organised and delivered a private VIP dinner the evening prior to the conference at Em Sherif Restaurant, located at Rosewood Hotel, ensuring a seamless and premium hospitality experience for all attending dignitaries.
