ICE FUTURES ABU DHABI LAUNCH

On March 29, 2021, the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) launched ICE Futures Abu Dhabi (IFAD) at ADGM in Abu Dhabi, introducing a global benchmark for crude oil futures trading based on ADNOC’s flagship crude, Murban.

The event, held in partnership with ADNOC, ICE, ADGM, and nine global energy partners, combined on-site and virtual elements in a sophisticated hybrid format.

The event required meticulous planning, design, and production to ensure seamless integration of live and remote participants while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Evolution provided a turnkey solution that blended innovative branding, comprehensive event management, and cutting-edge technology.

Hybrid Event Design and Seamless Execution

• Developed and implemented the event brand and design, ensuring consistency across both virtual and physical components.
• Delivered a fully integrated hybrid format, managing two project streams: virtual event production and on-site logistics.
• Designed and set up a physical event space that accommodated over 30 in-person attendees and allowed live and remote speakers to interact seamlessly through bidirectional video and audio communication.
• Ensured high-quality video and audio transmission to engage over 1,000 virtual viewers, creating a cohesive experience for all participants.
• Maintained strict health and safety protocols for all attendees and staff, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
