In collaboration with Weare3Fold, Evolution transformed Hilton’s 30,000-square-foot head office in Dubai into an immersive promotional experience, combining brand storytelling with engaging activation features.

The project included a free-stay raffle and interactive installations, creating a dynamic environment that reflected Hilton’s identity while fostering engagement.

Evolution was entrusted by Weare3Fold to manage the design, execution, and launch day operations, including procurement and logistics, ensuring a seamless and impactful activation.

Deliverables for a Playful Yet Refined Brand Activation

• Designed and implemented workspace installations that highlighted Hilton’s brand identity, featuring custom photo props, bespoke neon signage, and artistic backdrops.
• Created digital interactive activations, including a bespoke interactive book screen, to captivate and engage visitors.
• Delivered high-quality custom signage and refined details to align with Hilton’s playful yet sophisticated essence.
• Managed all aspects of procurement, logistics, and on-site launch day operations in collaboration with Weare3Fold to ensure a flawless delivery.
