FOODTECH CHALLENGE

Abu Dhabi, 2023

Launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the FoodTech Challenge is a joint initiative by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and Tamkeen.

The initiative aims to advance food technology solutions globally. Hosted at ADNEC during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ASW), the 2023 event brought together 12 finalist teams from 667 submissions across 79 countries for an engaging and impactful showcase.

Deliverables for an Innovative and Interactive Event Experience

• Designed and built a custom exhibition stand to showcase the finalists’ groundbreaking food technology innovations.
• Coordinated field trips to Al Foah Farm, providing participants with insights into local agricultural practices.
• Organized networking lunches and dinners, fostering collaboration and meaningful connections among participants.
• Delivered a high-profile grand finale featuring elevator pitches, an awards ceremony, and full photo and video coverage to capture the event’s key moments.

Evolution’s seamless management of design, logistics, and production ensured a comprehensive event experience that highlighted the finalists’ innovations while reinforcing the significance of the FoodTech Challenge.

The result was a dynamic, high-impact event that demonstrated Evolution’s expertise in delivering large-scale, meaningful initiatives.
