EMIRATI CHILDREN'S DAY

The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood celebrated Emirati Children’s Day 2018 at Umm Al Emarat Park in Abu Dhabi.

The event featured a range of educational and artistic workshops aimed at fostering fun and learning for children. Additionally, winners of the Council’s Bullying Prevention Award were honored during a dedicated ceremony.

Evolution was responsible for the design and production of the festival area and the awards ceremony, delivering a vibrant and functional event environment on a tight timeline.

Creative Design and Seamless Event Execution

• Designed and produced a festival area, including a tent for multiple workshops and an outdoor area with F&B services, seating, and activities for children.
• Managed the setup for the Award Ceremony at a conference center, featuring a main stage with a custom backdrop and seating for 200 attendees.
• Ensured all event elements were delivered within a short production timeframe by devising efficient and effective solutions.
• Provided a safe and engaging space for children to participate in workshops and activities while celebrating Emirati Children’s Day.

The Emirati Children’s Day event at Umm Al Emarat Park was a resounding success, blending creativity and functionality to deliver a memorable experience for children and their families.
