The Department of Culture and Tourism hosted the second Abu Dhabi Tourism and Data Analytics Forum on March 28, 2021, as a fully virtual event.

Designed to exchange knowledge on the latest trends in the tourism industry, the forum brought together international speakers to explore data analytics and share insights with sector experts.

The event required a seamless virtual experience that adhered to strict security requirements while engaging participants through interactive and immersive digital solutions.

Evolution was responsible for designing and delivering the virtual event environment, creating a CGI stage that gave the audience the impression of a physical space. The event was live-streamed from a green studio with the MC integrated into a virtual 3D environment, while remote speakers joined the discussion through Microsoft Teams. Additionally, Evolution developed an interactive event portal to enhance attendee engagement and streamline event access.

Virtual Event Production and Interactive Digital Solutions

Designed a CGI stage to create the illusion of a physical event space for remote attendees.
Broadcasted the MC live from a green studio, integrating them seamlessly into a 3D virtual environment.
